Does someone need to be home when the maid cleans my home?
Not at all, and it is completely your option. There are several ways My Maid Service can gain access to your home. After your initial house cleaning you may choose to give us a key be safely stored in your file in our office. You can also purchase a lockbox with a code for our staff, or, the tried and true leaving the key under the mat!

Is My Maid Service hiring?

Is My Maid Service insured?
Yes, My Maid Service is insured. Of coarse we are careful with your belongings but it’s good to have the peace of mind that you are protected against loss and or breakage that may occur while we clean your home. A copy of our insurance policy is available upon request.

Do I need to provide any cleaning supplies for My Maid Service
My Maid Service uses your preferred cleaning solutions, especially on specialty surfaces such as granite countertops or stainless steel appliances. We do however bring everything we would need to complete a job, from glass cleaner to our own vacuum. We are proud to use Proctor and Gamble cleaning products.

What will My Maid Service charge to clean my home?
The cost of cleaning your home depends on several factors such as location, size of the home, condition of the home and frequency of your cleaning schedule.

What time is your first house cleaning of the day?
My Maid Service’s first appointment of the day is between 8- 8:30 AM, and our second is between 11 AM and 1 PM.

Does My Maid Service clean on the weekends?
My Maid Service will occasionally clean on Saturdays. This can be discussed with our office manger as needed. We prefer not to bring regular clients on for these days, as these clients are often in the position of needing to be rescheduled or canceled, which is difficult for our staff.

Does My Maid Service do one time cleanings?

Does My Maid Service offer referral discounts?
Yes, if you refer a friend or neighbor you will get 35% off your next My Maid Service clean. If they sign up for regular service, your next cleaning is FREE.

Does My Maid Service offer move-in/out cleanings?

How does a My Maid Service crew clean wood floors?
Typically My Maid Service will use a small amount of vinegar and water with a microfiber mop pad which leaves a nice, streak free clean, but some home owners prefer the bruce floor cleaner. We will ask for you to provide the product and tool you would prefer we use.

How many cleaners are on a My Maid Service crew?
In most case My Maid Services will send only one maid. If the job is very large and would require additional help we may send more.

How much are Deluxe Spring Cleanings?
All Deluxe Spring Cleanings are charged by the hour. We will give you an estimated “maximum” price that we feel it should take to clean your home to help you set a budget. Most average homes are cleaned in less time, and the prices are reduced from this high estimate. If your home is in a condition that will require more than the average home to get it clean, we will contact you when we arrive at the home to let you know that we might need more time before we begin cleaning.

What forms of payment does My Maid Service accept?
My Maid Service accepts cash, check, and credit card. We sometimes barter for services we need as well, such as printing, carpet cleaning, car repairs etc. own a small business? Have unused gift cards or airline miles? We might barter with you! Call us to find out!
