I gave them a tour of the house and provided them with a sweeper and mop for the kitchen. They divided up the work and began. They were polite and efficient. I was please with the end result. The final cost was higher than the estimate, but I did not feel it was because of the speed of their work, but the thoroughness of the work. I am looking forward to using this service on a regularly scheduled basis. I've been told that the regular cleanings will be much less expensive than this first visit, but I have not yet received the quote."
